Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the video content has been viewed.
When the video link has been opened, the digital content is considered “consumed,” and refunds are no longer possible.
However, if you still wish to request a refund,
we accept refund requests within 8 days of purchase.
A 99% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the following reasons:

To prevent unauthorized viewing or copying of the digital content

Platform and payment processing fees

The value of digital content cannot be recovered once accessed
Only 1% of the original purchase amount will be refunded.
Please note that subscriptions are also non-refundable.
If you have a subscription, please cancel it as soon as possible.
